ANNOUNCING GTRIBE CODE PROTECT
Today we’ve launched a brand new technology called “Code Protect” that’s available to all members of GTribe at no cost.
We’ve noticed that many members post Steam, Origin and Uplay codes on Status Updates for members to grab for free. Starting today we're going to make the process of offering free codes to friends and/or page fans both fair and intelligent.
Here’s how it works:
1) Add any code for Steam, Origin, Uplay or UX to a Status Update
2)… See More
Once you press the Post your Status button our system will detect the code and you’ll see an overlay screen called Code Protect
3) Select if you want to only allow one code per person - if you’re offering more than one code on the post
4) Press the “Protect the selected code(s)” button
Code Protect will make your code invisible until someone claims it. Once the code is claimed the person’s name will automatically appear on your Status Update with the message: “The X code has been claimed.” (X being the type of code you offered.)
PURCHASE CODES
To help you acquire more codes to use with Code Protect we are offering the following discounts for Fan Page admins:
1) UX codes - $19.99 (50% off) You can purchase up to 10 UX codes.
2) Steam codes - Games available for $5.50: Hitman Absolution and Sleeping Dogs. You can purchase up to 10 game codes.
To check for available codes, just remember the word "codes" as the URL is gamingtribe.com/codes

Great idea - this is such a small but important thing that demonstrates why GTribe is one of the best social media platforms. You actually pay attention to what your community needs (even if they don't fully realize what it is they need) and then you create it - and do a fine job of it. Thanks for continuing to pay attention to your community and continuing to innovate
