Though I would say that of any claim about an efficient PSU saving you money on the efficiency rating alone.
The cost of the more efficient PSU is significantly greater, many times over, than a saving over any reasonable time period.
He is doing the very same thing as those shilling the dodgy product being analysed.

There are other benefits, sometimes, but he isn't even attempting to cover anything honest there.
