I have an odd issue and need some guidance and #help.
I have a couple computers that came in and one has a 13600KF and the other has a 13900KF. I was testing some processors with these computers and installed a 14600KF and works. When I install a 14600KF, it doesn’t boot. The debug light stays on VGA. Nothing changed except the CPU. Am I missing something?
Board: MSI B760 Pro Series
GPU: ASUS 4070
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GB 6000
PSU: Corsair RM750e
Try loosening, or tightening the CPU cooler a bit.
Could be a lack of, excessive or uneven pressure on the CPU pins, affecting the connection to the PCI-E slots.
Examine the socket for any sign of damage/bent pins and try again with the previous CPU.
If the old CPU works fine, the new one may be faulty.

Remove and re-seat the cpu. Sounds like it's not installed properly and it's not detecting the PCIe from the GPU slot properly. Usually does this with RAM but it's been known to happen with the GPU as well.
Also, for good measure reseat the GPU as well and make sure all the cords are secure, (power)
