Surely by now you've seen the videos in reference to EKWB, and may be wondering where we'll land in reference to this distressing situation.
You should know that we've reviewed all of the available data in reference to EK, and have decided to continue our relationship with EK.
Full Disclosure: It is no secret that EK America's CEO, Kat Silberstein, has been a supporter of GTribe, Beacon MAX and now BEAM, and recently joined the Mass Luminosity board of directors, but frankly that did not influence our decision.
The primary reason for our decision is our experience with the exceptional quality of the EK products, and the professional way they've always managed their relationship with us over the past five years. The company has also publicly committed to address any financial issues with employees, contractors and partners; and we were pleased to see them take that action.
It is always easier to condemn a company as they're being publicly attacked, while it's a lot harder to support them during those attacks. We've chosen to support them.
As a computer repair and custom build shop operations manager, lead technician and procurement guy. We recently started carrying EK products. Despite the negativity surrounding the company. We chose to stick by them, a few bad apples or disgruntled people can not and should not put a bad taste in your mouth, if you have not had an issue with them. I stand by their products, I have not seen anyone more innovative and well thought out design when it comes to their products.
I have installed a ton of AIO's… See More
in systems and believe me when I say these are more user friendly than any of the competiton, and their cooling is top notch. I will only use these coolers in my builds. They stand by their product and provide a great one at that.

When someone addresses a situation (does damage control) AFTER they are called out and the situation is made public, after years of doing it.
And when in the past they paid money owed to prevent a video letting people know about the situation.
Sorry but it doesn't come across as genuine...
Before anyone comes at me, that is my opinion, you don't have to like it, but respect it.

If EKWB's unpaid employees and vendors ever figure out they can force the company into bankruptcy because they are unpaid unsecured creditors the company will have some real problems. It only takes a minimum of twelve of them to decide to get together and decide to jointly file. A room full of pissed employees can fill out the paperwork and have it filed on pacer in 15-20 minutes.
