The near real time translation of multiple languages is fantastic! Do the participants see the localization of the others spoken words? How does it handle idiomatic expression?

Ok, So I watched the video, and wow! The speed at which the translation goes is amazing. I'm assuming that this would work for English to other languages as well and not just the other way around? I know it sounds like an obvious question but you'd be surprised how many "Translators" don't think of that.
