For anyone who isn't completely mind-blown, I feel you may not be grasping the full potential of what this assistant means. I have used countless teleconferencing platforms in my I.T. career, and never once have I seen an in-call A.I assistant, especially one with anything close to these capabilities. of adding people to the call, summarizing the call, and other functions just by talking to the assistant is a very practical and useful tool that I have never seen implemented before. This video has me even more hyped for Beacon MAX than I already was!

I really think this is great. I can see it being fantastic for online gaming where everyone on a team might speak a different language but all be able to understand each other.

This is super exciting and would be a massive help to all shared services organisations to remove communication barrier between support desk operators and internal and external customers who are speaking different languages
