hello all anyone has an idea why steam download speed is very low what could happen as i have fibre 67mb/s the average speed estimated to show that is fully working is around 41mb/s that what it shows on speedest but on steam downloading very low at maximum that reach was 5.1MB/s i know i cant get full download speed but at least a bit higher then that 5mb/s everything is connected using wired cable and im not sure if the pc can cause this issue

When downloading you are limited to the slowest speed. You can have the fastest internet speed, but depending on the servers internet speed, bandwidth and how many other computers are downloading. All affects how fast you can download.
