I would be ok with them if they had the power of the desktop that the OS and programs are made for. Google Chrome for instance running on a desktop / laptop is fine, or the app version on a phone is fine, but the tablets just do not seem to have the resource pool to handle that. That is not even mentioning something like Outlook (which the mobility of the tablet would be great for the corporate world on the go).
I couldnt answer any of them because none of them truly reflect my opinion. I have a Surface and I actually dont mind it at all. I can do way more with it than your typical tablet which is always nice as integration between tablet and PC is much easier to deal with.
BTW-- Options 2 and 3 would be pretty much negatives.
