Intel's first statement is, not surprisingly placing the blame on motherboard manufacturers.
For going outside of the "recommended" numbers.
Nobody is going to end up admitting fault here.

I wonder if any cases will be found that were still run within Intel's spec.
Ofc proving that may be hard, and they would again find some way to blame anyone but themselves.
