So apparently Recall is completely BAKED into File Explorer... So much for being able to just "disable it". Nothing but a BS lie... Ugh...

Completely no need, and not the first time either that dependencies or functionality are put into applications they should not be.
Game Bar for instance when it comes to CPU scheduling for games.
The app should be optional, and that functionality should be core to the OS.

You can disable it. You just can't remove it via Microwin or the like without reverting File Explorer to its older/Windows 10 version. Chris made a vid on this:

Welp, looks like I better get a move on switching to Linux. I will NOT have MY PC that I built, storing data like that. What's next? MS installing key loggers?
