Its amazing how Toms Hardware manages to make the title sound like a negative. This is actually pretty impressive. Considering that the GTX 1070 desktop and mobile was the only time that i remember where Nvidia had the same performance levels.
Makes you wonder how the Strix Halo will perform when it comes out.
AMD's latest integrated graphics perform like an eight-year-old Nvidia midrange GPU — Radeon 890M achieves GTX 1070 performance in Geekbench and lags behind GTX 1650 Super by 15% | Tom's Hardware
AMD's latest Radeon 890M RDNA 3.5 flagship posted identical results to a GTX 1070 in Geekbench's Vulkan benchmark.

Impressive in relative terms, but do struggle to be in a good place where they are useful.
But sadly demands for modern gaming always seem out of reach, requiring more than is reasonable for integrated graphics.
I would hope for that to be different though.
I would love a trend towards efficiency.
