Looks fishy to me.
Website is from 2019, no company info, no seller info, when you read description of the laptop you linked, right in the middle of the list it says "no warranty".
Seems the products on the website are used.
Never ever have i seen a DELL XPS laptop 90% discounted (shows on frontpage).
The laptop you linked is not good, no IPS, only 1070, no info about refresh rate, HDD is a 5400RPM (slow), no info about SDD.

If you have been buying from there before and familiar with it, it might be promo sale or Bonanza, I will advice to take the risk, if only you are used to the site
