I have to agree with Dimitris if your plans aren't to game at 1440p ultra widescreen or similar. Though the 8400 certainly isn't a bad choice, and well matched to a b360 board as you aren't going to be overclocking. Assuming you aren't getting an optical drive, you could if you still wanted Fractal Design go with the Meshify C for a lower cost and better airflow.

I would probably suggest a stronter CPU and pick something cheaper for GPU

Hm, don't get the cooler - spend the money on a stronger i5 variant like the i5 8600...
