Not sure if this will be posted on and read by the community here.

But I was curious about something I am looking at doing a new PC build. And there was a couple of items I was curious about on a comparison.

The first would be which would be better a new Ryzen 7 1800X Octa-core 3.6-4.0Ghz Turbo and the Intel i7-6950X Deca-core 3.0-3.5Ghz Turbo?

The second comparison would be between the Radeon RX 570 RS and the Geforce GTX 1080 FTW2 Gaming ICX. I would be using dual cards with either Crossfire… See More

or SLI bridging.

I am doing the build to handle two independent monitors, so I can have apps and web browser open on one and a game like ESO, WoW, FFXIV, The Witcher 3 and such in the other. It will also be hardline liquid cooled with an accessible reservoir. I will also be using a dual port modem so both my incoming and outgoing signal rate will be the same.

I am asking about this cause it has been a while since I have been able to do a pc build so I am a little behind on the current technology. Last build I did was a good ten years ago and that pc got raped by lightning, fried the MB, CPU, PSU, Overcurrent protector/UPS, and GPUs. Only thing that came out ok was the 240mm top exhaust fan.
